The Center for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (CEED) is the first organization established in Montenegro to support entrepreneurship and economic development. CEED was established in 1993 within the School of Economics at the University of Podgorica. Since 1998 CEED has operated as an independent non-governmental organization with the mission to promote and implement free market ideas, the rule of law, entrepreneurship, and private ownership in an open and democratic society through its programs, projects, and advocacy activities.
